I don't know of any such thing. I think Stardust is Steve Adolph, who is on this list. He puts some stuff in his upload directory on club100 and some stuff on bitchin100.
I have pulled together links to a few different options for M100 ram here just to have it together under a searchable term. http://tandy.wiki/Model_100_RAM That's still not everything, what could still be added to that is links to the various archived articles and docs that show how to replace or upgrade ram using a few different alternative parts.
