OK all — received the boot disk (from Arcadeshopper — thank you Brian White!). Now one final issue. I have a Model 100. Apparently there is a socket adapter that you need, which inserts on the bottom of the unit inside the ROM compartment. I already have the DVI interface cable, but of course now I don’t have the socket adapter.
