So I did some digging so see if I could find out more about the company. The author _may_ be Mo Budlong, and if you Google the name you get some interesting results. Can anyone confirm this is the author?

This seems like a remarkable product, although I gather its author has gone to the big accumulator in the sky. If the estate wishes to make the product available once again I would like to acquire a copy, provided the cost is within my reach. -CH-
