If there was a way to use off the shelf / standard components for the clasp but 3d print the rest of it that would allow using the cheapest 3d printing. Though I don't know what fasteners one might use. Metal? Clasp/spring/clip. Maybe someone has ideas on that. Or maybe just 3d print the small clip portion with better material as a separate part that can be glued on. Or is its own "snap fit" design to attach to the main part. Then you would just need to leave holes for installing the fasteners. Seems like a good problem to solve cost effectively once and for all since this is a common point of failure on our vintage portables. Add to that that the original T200 battery doors is not great to work with anyway even before the clasps break (which is why they break).
