[M100] TPDD Utility Disk Default Contents?

I am trying to archive my tpdd 1 disks (I have 3) to Windows using 
tpddtool.py, but I am interested in what are the default files that come 
on the disks?

I have one utility disk that is almost bare (PLOT.BA and SETRAM.BA, but 
another has a lot more files.

Also, tpddtool.py does not want to save off the Floppy_SYS file, but I 
assume it's needed.  Ideas?
