Lots of effort this week in integrating VT100 support into REX# and REXCPM.
M100 is looking really good, but it benefitted from my earlier work in
getting a VT100 driver working for that.

(BTW found a bug in what I did earlier... I may have to post an update but
I'm not sure if anyone really is using the VT100 driver as is?)

Next challenge is the T200, which is different enough that I can see it
will be another reverse engineering deep dive.

NEC does not seem to have the hooks in place to be able to have a VT100
driver.   At least there is no existing DVI code to start from.  Also,
there are no memory locations pre-reserved for some control variables.  Not
sure what the prognosis is there.
