Well, I don't know about 'wrong' if the M100 OS expects the display device to
have an ability the VT100 doesn't provide...

Wow... well, there's *can* and there is *able*... it's been at least 25 years
since I did anything non-trivial in C and I was never a working programmer, I
went off into system and network administration after I graduated and gradually
left programming behind... I would love to pitch in but I really doubt I'd have
the ability to imbue a VT100 emulator with functionality the real VT100 never
had! :)
