I use the METCAL "electric tweezers" handle for resistor, ceramic cap, and MELF/Mini MELF diode removal. Just switch outlets on the Power Unit, and in 5 seconds it is ready to use. I have also used it to remove SOT transistors and 8-pin SOICs.
