I actually tried and was successful using a TASCAM DR-05 digital
recorder to save and load programs from a Jupiter Ace last week-end
(full disclosure, that was an Omni128HQ in Jupiter Ace mode; I'm not
the lucky owner of a real Jupiter Ace :o)).

The tricky part is that the output signal from the computer is quite
high compared to voice, and even at the lowest available recording
level, I still got some "peak" alerts (the led that blinks when the
signal is too loud).
Also I had to disable all automatic "sound improvement" features but
it did work reliably in the end.

I couldn't try with a M100 because I don't own the needed cables but
it should work if you can find the correct recording level.

I used 24bits WAV mono files at 44.1k sampling rate (you can probably
be good with lower settings, but I didn't want to take any chance to
lose the saved data).

Now, this is not exactly great on the "user friendly" side. I suppose
you could connect the recorder to a PC and rename the files you saved
so you can find more easily which one contains what, but if I had to
use this on a daily basis I'll try to find some cheap TZXDuino and
adapt the firmware to support the M100.
