Hey Matthew,

Cool, thanks! I've actually made some additions and refinements to the poem to make it sound and flow better:

/The Things I Have Seen//
/
The sky is still blue,
And the grass is still green,
But that could all change,
Oh the things I have seen!

I’ve seen us waste food,
And use power affright,
We shower for hours,
And think it’s alright.

We throw away bottles,
And straws and old plastic,
The effect on the Earth,
Is so bad and so drastic.

I saw a poor skunk,
His head stuck in a cup,
I helped him escape,
He said “Thank you, what’s up?”

Our steps and our deeds,
Reach all life on this rock,
So we have to act now,
We can’t turn back the clock.

Just give extra thought,
To the World all around,
Your care and your effort,
Would be so profound.

I'll have to bang this out on my baby grand in a bit and see if it still fits with the updated version also! :)

Ok, so I'm no poet! But there it is just the same. :)
