Actually it turned out one pdf that had the Model 100 manual also had
the coco and model 4 manuals mixed in. I have now extracted the pages
into separate pdfs.

In the coco directory is the Teledisk disk image, and I converted that
to a DMK and extracted the files from that. There is no manual for that.
In the Model 1 directory is a disk image, the only file extracted from
the dis image, and the pdf manual.
