Others have posted about options for making or obtaining a reproduction of the original disk. I might suggest that the original DOS is very minimal and very lacking. Back in the day the most popular option was TSDOS which came in the form of a ROM so you are not using your precious RAM to bootstrap a DOS.
One way of getting TSDOS is a with a REX. The REX also does a lot of other fancy things. Another simpler option is to use a Dial-A-ROM. The DAR comes with a number of difference vintage ROMs installed which can you select with a rotary DIP switch. (You can only use one ROM at once of course.) The REX is fancier, it does more, and it is more expensive.
