If you simply need a copy of the production ROM, there's a binary that
ships with VirtualT. I maintain an updated fork with the various
unmerged patches and fixes (including the ability to run on macOS
properly) so the ROMs can be found here among other places:

I have to assume I just used the wrong search terms. "Tandy Model 100
System ROM" shared lots of links, but mainly to upgraded custom option
ROMs, etc.
As noted, the binary is the same, but that's worth knowing, at least.
