Since it is PETG, it is a thermoplastic and could be vacuum formed. It can also
be 3D printed, but I doubt that would turn out clear. It would be neat to see
some pics of it when you get the chance.Sent from my T-Mobile 5G Device

thick-enough laptop bag Hello Scott,That clear "Strong Versatile Hard Cover" in
the ad from Texas issimilar to the one I bought from Club-100 back in the day.
It stillprotects my M-100 to this day.  Mine is black and has the
Club-100sticker on it.It is attached to the M-100 with four small velcro
patches (included),one on each corner of the M-100 case.Mine also has the
"ditch" that runs side-to-side between keyboard anddisplay, so one option also
would be a large elastic band that wrapsaround the entire device with the front
cover on.  I do not know howwell that would hold or what would happen if the
rubber band let go.This cover was reputed to be able to protect the M-100 even
if put in alarge paper envelope and sent through the USPS postal system -- I
didnot test that but I can believe it would work -- with velcro.  I don'tthink
I would trust a rubber band to hold it in place.I wonder what it would take to
manufacture more?  Or if there is amarket for them?Regards,    BertOn Fri,
