I’ve been messing around with 100s for about 5 years now (though I did get a 102 back in the 90s while working at Radio Shack; never really did much with it though) I got to thinking about serial numbers of these today because I saw one with what I think is a very low one. I think the first three digits are the last digit of the year and two digits for the month it was made. After that is a sequential number indicating what number machine it was. I think when a new month (or year) occurred, the rest of the digits didn’t reset to zeros. Anyone know if that’s correct? Anyone know what year and month code was the earliest? Does anyone claim to have the lowest serial number? Thanks in advance, and have a great evening! J White Sent from Yahoo Mail for iPhone
