We're under a similar deadline at my company to fix a major issue w/ our mail and mailing lists. We also run GNU Mailman and are probably switching to Sympa. Your easiest move is probably a lift-and-shift to another host using Mailman 2.x. If you have to migrate you may as well move to a better product (like Sympa). Your biggest issue will be DKIM, I expect.
