Howdy All,
Thanks again to Jeff for taking care of my M100 with the PCSG ROM Bank
and Chipmunk drive (links below). I have been having quite the time
writing programs to work with the Chipmunk. However, since I pieced
this all together in some cases by pure luck, I have yet to have a
Utility Diskette. Having only dreamed of owning this setup in the
mid-80s, I had forgotten the features and assumed the drive would
function something like the TPDD. I had forgotten what made the
Chipmunk special to me was the Chipmunk PDOS is in ROM onboard the
drive, which means no boot disk to load "FLOPPY.CO," and direct/RANDOM
in BASIC to access files on the drive. The Utility Disk does not boot,
but it does have sample programs and additional feature files that can
be added to the M100; e.g. Up/Down loading directly to/from diskette.
That said, It looks like there are files on GitHub (link below) to
actually build the diskette, but before I started on that, thought I
would ask and see if anyone might have a PCSG/Holmes Chipmunk Utility
Disk and if they could send a copy my way?

Do you have the printed manual for it?
I have a paper manual and I've given up ever getting ahold of a drive so
if you want you can have this manual.
