I can probably write these with my greaseweazle - `gw convert` seems to recognize them as MFM sectors. I don't have a drive to test on and (of course, LOL) I gave away a lot of my 3.5" DD stash over the weekend but I can write disks and mail them at cost if you want to take the chance.
