Hi Billy Could you supply us with more information: when you say "install through the update site" what exactly do you mean? We don't publish a public update site, instead we recommend you install either through the Eclipse Marketplace or through the M2E Marketplace.
Do you get better results through these? As Matthew says, do you have the Eclipse release repository installed?
