What Matthew is trying to tell you is that you have shown us that you selected 
a specific repository (m2e) in the "Work with" box and that you have "Contact 
All Update Sites..." selected but if in Eclipse you navigate to 
Window->Preferences and then expand Install/Update->Available Software Sites 
the site he noted must be present and enabled.
