Hello, I mailed a Finnish translation for m4 to Translation Project:
http://translationproject.org/PO-files/fi/m4-1.4o.fi.po I also copied locale-fr.m4 file to locale-fi.m4 file and changed it to support code page 850 (instead of 646) and also ISO-8859-15.
