You could in theory flip the image in another stage in the post processing
of the image. The cpu penalty would be severe though and should only be seen
as a last resort. I currently have no plans of implementing such a feature
but patches are always welcome.
It would be much better if one could find the correct register in the sensor
(or in the m5602 if it exists).
