Hi,
Could you try the branch:
http://m560x-driver.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/m560x-driver/m560x/branches/m5603c-ov7640/
Check-out the code using SVN and then compile the module.
You may have to add your device ID into m5603c.c to get the driver to
recognize your cam.
