Hi,
I tested again and i have no (more) problem with gspca driver.
v4ctrl with mplayer works fine. All it's ok.
I have problems only with no-gspca driver :
"v4ctrl -d" command doesn't show all controls, i have only "red
balance", "blue balance", "software white balance" and "software
rotate". gain and exposure are missing.
I can't change v4lcontrol value when mplayer is launched.
I launch mplayer :
mplayer tv:// -tv driver=v4l2:device=/dev/video0 -fps 30
I try to change a v4l control :
v4lctrl -s 9963791 -v 40
try direct access to /dev/video0
Nothing change until i close mplayer, then v4lctrl change the value :
device /dev/video0 open for read
set control id 9963791 to 40
With vlc and v4ctrl it works :
/dev/video0 is controled by application with pid 9718 ("(null)")
try communicate via shm
set control id 9963793 to 7
