It is not far from the 5603c DSP. It seems to be a 5603D. Reading the windows inf, I see that the microcode is not in a single file (eg, maybe embeded as a ressource in the driver). Also, the .csr is very simplified, again, all is inside the driver.
Change are low that the m5603c-gspca can work!
