Is it possible that the latency and degree argument in
mem/cache/cache_builder.cc (line 250) should be reversed?
Since in mem/cache/prefetch/tagged_prefetcher.hh you have:
TaggedPrefetcher(int size, bool pageStop, bool serialSquash,
bool cacheCheckPush, bool onlyData,
Tick latency, int degree)
Same observation for the other (commented) prefetch policies, which also
have a missing argument: prefetch_data_accesses_only
