Hi All, I am using M5 2.0b2. Currently i can only simulate only upto 4 cores.
But for my project it is a very small number. To enable m5 for 64 core support as i understand i need to compile the changed kernel provided in m5base-2.6.13. But compilation is giving errors. "include/asm/mpspec_def.h:78: warning: ‘packed’ attribute ignored for field of type ‘unsigned char[6]’ init/calibrate.c: In function ‘calibrate_delay’: init/calibrate.c:143: error: too many arguments to function ‘__delay’ init/calibrate.c:161: error: too many arguments to function ‘__delay’ make[1]: *** [init/calibrate.o] Error 1 make: *** [init] Error 2" I am absolutely new in complining linux kernel and this was my first try. Can any body please suggest a step by step method on how to do this. Any help will be greatly appreciated. -Regards, Sanyal ____________________________________________________________________________________ Shape Yahoo! in your own image.
