i am writing becasuse i have a good friend who lives in amsterdam, henriet berkhout. she used to teach but can't now because of health. she is taking care of her aging mother. and i think she woiuld enjoy being part of the mail art network. she makes beautiful drawings and collages and sends them to me in envelopes which are decorated in many ways. i don't think she knows just what mail art is but she is doing it. how can i get her connected to the network? broadcast a ray johnson-esque "please send something to"? her address is henriet berkhout F. de Boerlaan 234 1019MR a'dam holland she doesn't have her own email, but she can look at sites online at the library. i have sent her a copy of a little flyer you once sent bill about sztuka faryka's activities... can you suggest anything else as an opportunty for her to get involved? many thanks, michael von uchtrup
