I just went through that with Butterfly.
Ask to get the address of the BIG guy in your area.
The answere is YES as long as you have the PO box
number.  911 I don't know for sure
about that though. Local po people take a lot of
power. Go beyond them as I did. Better yet, email me
with the info and I can get the big guy's address as I
did here for Butterfly. Your po might not give it to
