I can answer this ;-) this is because of HTC changing the behaviour of android in such a way that it interfears with some MA commands. e.g. there are many HTC devices where you cannot answer or decline calls with slide up / down gestures and so on. This all because of HTC sense which should help to use the phone more easily. But this only helps non VI people.
hope that helps. I defenitely would wait for Android 4.0 devices, as they have much better accessibility. Wait a few months and then compare what is on the market.
