Hello.
To get m.a. to read out every character, by the name of the letter do the
following.
Assuming your home screen is mobile accessibility.
Arrow down to settings, hit enter on settings… then enter on, speech
settings. Arrow down to you hear, spell phonetically, uncheck it, and then
your phone would read out the characters, letter by letter.
