If you go to settings, accessibility and check both Mobile Accessibility and Accessibility when you go outside of the suite--likme when you go to that powering off screen--you will be able to access it. If you push down the power button a screen will pop up and say "shut phone down", "airplane mode", and "restart" You can push enter on whatever you want.
