if I am not mistaken, sprint carrys the transform ultra that boost mobile carries. if so, and if you can afford it? that is the best rout to go. the softare on the phone works, I have no problems answering calls, or hanging up, only thing I haven't done yet is answering call waiting, but I amagen that even that is not that hard to do. if you do decide to go this rout, if you can, and if you want help, you can most certainly contact me off list, and I will provide you what help I can. I paid 230 for this phone threw boost mobile, however, you might get a better deal as you are actually with sprint, and they offer discounts when you upgrade, and extend your contract.
