IVONA is made in Poland by IVONA Software company. I work for them once a
week, so I will ask your question about other voices.
I should have my own Android phone soon and will take care that our voices
work well with mobile screen readers and other accessibility applications.

I also instaled Ivona and I was wondering, is it new? I ask this because of
the beta testing and because for now there seems to be only a sellect few
voices. Where does it come from? Do they plan to bring out more voices? It
does seem to work well with MA.
