well in the case with samsung, after doing a bit of research there warenty
is not werth the paper it is written on anyway. first of all, it takes them
two weeks to even get your phone back to you, and one of the things the rep
told me is that they determin if the defetiveness is caused by you or normal
wair and tair. if they determin it was you, they charge you, weather you
are still covered by your warenty or not. as I have had very bad experences
with this type of warenty before, I don't trust them at all.

If you can figure out what stock Android ROM to root the phone with, it's
not a bad idea.

You will remove a lot of garbage put on by specific vendors.

It also gives you more power over what does, and does not, happen on your
phone--you know, the phone you paid money for that your provider thinks is
still his.

I rooted my 4G Slide and reclaimed almost half the phone memory.

They try to scare folks with the voiding your warranty warning, but it is a
relatively safe process.

And, since your contacts and calendar are all duplicated externally on
Google, you run very little danger of losing anything important.

yes that is what I have noticed and as this phone has not got a lot of
memory its a bit of a pain. Maybe I should think about routing it! Would
that help do you think?

I think apps although they can go on your sd card, they do leave little
pieces on your phone too. at least that is what I have seen.

Hi

Yes I reinstalled MA and it is working. Although I love this Cha-Cha the
memory is so small you can only run the bare essentials on it. Even when I
put things on the memory card it still seems to affect the phone memory.

Have you tried moving Ma back to the phone memory?

When in doubt, and all other things fail, try the following:
You will need sighted help for this, unless you have a second screenreader
on the phone, and it is checked in accessibility so it will run.

1. uninstall Ma.
2. shut down the phone.
3. power the phone back up.
4. go to the market, under "my apps" and reinstall Ma.

Hope this works.
