Hey guys, I thought I would pass this along to everyone. It's a push to talk app that I've been using for a while. The cool thing is there is a PC version as well, and it's fully accessible. It's called loud talks lite. Works really really well. You add people to a contact list. Everyone has to have their own user ID. You can even setup channels so you can broadcast to multiple people. If anyone has any questions let me know. I'd even be willing to do a demo of it.
