Then call Sprint. Also, for those interested, I just spoke with a live sprint associate in a store, and he told me that sprint no longer voids insurance guarantees for rooted phones. He said they won't put that in writing for obvious reasons, but it is ultimately up to the tech guys in the store, and virtually none of them will say anything and, in fact, he himself and most of the techies have rooted phones already.
