yes. the only time a phone screen should be tapped, 2, or 3, times to read out the caller’s I.D, is when the phone is closed. when the qwerty keyboard is open, you can continue hit the enter key, and that would readout the caller’s I.D. you cankeep hitting enter for the system to repete the caller’s I.D.
