Yes. the only time the screen should be tapped 2. or 3. times to readout the caller’s I.D. is when the phone is closed. when the qwerty keyboard is open then just hit the enter key, that would read out the caller’s I.D. if you keep hitting he enter key it would continue reading out the caller’s I.d. good luck.
