try pressing your alt or fn key, followed by a space, it should bring up a grid of additional symbols.

Wow, that's crazy, because the fn key is there to get the numeric
key, along with the other simble keys to work.

If you need to look into other phone models, checkout the:

LG, Samsung, or Motorola, phones. They work well with
accessibility, and the physical qwerty keyboard.

About the HTC status, I would like to suggest, to read the phone
manual, and find out how to use the numeric keys while on a
call... then post the information on this user's list for anyone
who has this same type of phone, can learn from your experience.

Sorry, I can't be much help.

    Good luck.

They are a few different types of qwerty keyboards.

The most popular ones are the ones that have a numeric roll
the top of the keyboard and the second one is the one that
doesn't have a numeric roll, what it does have is a FN key,
that would activate the numeric keys.

so if the top roll has letters, QWE, etc... then you will find
a FN key most likely at the bottom of the left hand side of
your qwerty keyboard. Press that and it would give you're the
        numbers 1,2,3, etc...

this is what I meant while you're on a call and you need to
activate the numeric keys.If hitting your menu button doesn't
work then see if your phone has a FN key hit that and your
        numbers should work.

        I hope that helps.

        Good luck.

ok, then tell me does your phone have a numeric roll on
the top of the qwerty keyboard?
if it does not, then you would have to hit your FN keey to
            actavate the numeric keys.
            good luck.

what you need to do is while on a phone call. hit your
menu button, and then hit the numeric keys. that
                should work.
                i hope that helps.
                good luck.

Hi I am new to Mobile Accessibility light.
I have the htp status and have some questions.
When going to check your voice mail, it doesn't
register when I put in my password? Was wondering if I
have to hit something to make it work.
When going to my phone history list it goes back to
the previous minue I was in. I aways have to restart
my phone to get to the call history.
What phones work the best with this software?
                Thanks
