Hi
it's quite fiddly to get the sim in the slot. depending on what phone you've
been used to, it's very different to nokia type phones. you'll have to spend
time and patience getting to know it, but it'll be worth it. we needed
sighted help at first to get to know what was where. it's worth downloading
keyboard tutor which will tell you what key or combination of key does what.

very helpful as he's had a lot of experience with the mini pro.
