Hi.

If you click on settings on the mobile accessibility home screen then screen
reader, you should be able to select an option that says that you can use
mobile accessibility outside of the main home screen. that way you'll have
speech in what ever program you're in. you can also run talkback or speel by
ticking the relevant option in apps, settings, accessibility.
