If your friend has wireless accessibility, and they’re not able to get
speech outside of the m.a. apps… chances are they don’t have accessibility
checked on the phone settings.
Have your friend do the following.
From the m.a. home screen, go to apps, settings, accessibility, and place a
check on accessibility, wireless accessibility, and the power button to shut
off the phone.
Once accessibility and w.a. are check then your friend would have no problem
using wireless accessibility, outside of the home screen.

My friend has just activated her Samsung Transform Ultra. She has wireless
accessibility on her phone as the home screen. When she goes outside of it,
there is no speech. Is there anyway she can run talkback and Wireless
accessibility with talkback enabled as well, or does talkback work better
than Wireless accessibility?
