I guess it's a matter of preference. I have Mobile accessibility installed on 
my Xperia ARC S running ice cream sandwich with no problems. I still have my 
Xperia homePage active and Mobile accessibility is there if I so choose to use 
it. It's about how you set up apps on your device to suit your daily needs.
