Thank you, yes after I sent this message I read in the manual and now can enter numbers while on a call. Will try 123 for voicemail. Also I seem to have trouble ending the call - I have enabled use volume keys to answer/reject calls but sometimes pressing volume down even though it's not near my ear doesn't end the call.
