Hello, Catherine:
When you have an alarm already set in the app, and it’s not active, and you
want to activate the alarm again, just do the following:
Hit enter on the alarm that was preset, and then move your arrow keys to the
top of the screen it would say: “alarm not active”, and it would not be
checked, but if you place a check on it, and then move the arrow key to the
bottom of the screen and hit enter on, OK, it would make that alarm active.

Ok now I really don't get this. I set an alarm for a one-off, not
recurring time. It went off yesterday and is still in the list. So I
thought ok I could just edit it and make it go off another time but
though I can edit the times and description I can't get it to work
because it says it's not active. How do I make it active? What's the
point of leaving an alarm in the list which has already gone off and
cannot be made to go off again?

stay in the list even though they've sounded once; but on the other
hand, if I wanted something daily I'd set it to daily not a one-off,

That's kind of nice because it saves you the step of creating your alarm

Hi,
I'm having a couple of problems with MA's alarms app and wondering if
anyone can comment/help.
Firstly when I go to create a new alarm, when I want to select the
hour and minutes, though it says press enter to edit nothing happens
when I press Enter - I'm not able to type numbers and cursoring
anywhere takes me to another field rather than altering the numbers.
It works if I double tap though. Does anyone else find this?
The other problems are when the alarm rings. I find sometimes MA says
swipe down to stop or up to snooze but sometimes it doesn't say that -
it doesn't matter as I remember what to do, but just wondering if
there's a reason for that. Also, sometimes though I swipe down to
stop the alarm it still remains in the list of alarms when I look,
even though it wasn't an alarm set to recur. Shouldn't it disappear
after it's sounded and hasn't been set to snooze? A couple of times
also I haven't been able to stop the alarm ringing though I swiped
down several times.
