The samsngs galaxy s Relay is a good phone and you will be able to use your phone in a call to enter information, however, since Jelly bean is about to be released in the US for the sIII in a month or two, you shouldn't have that problem. Might I suggest that you go to your t-mobile store and ask to see a demo of the sIII and see if they will let you make a call and test it. With touch by explore, in theory, you don't need a qwerty keyboard or directional controls, but you should check it out. Many stores have demos that if you explain your concern and ask them to let you try, they may be able to let you test it in store. Do the same with the relay if they have one. There is no known time frame for upgrading the relay to Jelly Bean if they will but as long as the specs are the same, there is a good chance of this, but less of a need because of the physical keyboard. Let us know on what you find out.

How does that would work with checking voice mail and in other calls
that need for you to press numbers with in a call?
It does not have a trackpad or no physical keys.
It just has a tuch screen and key bord so again how do you use it?
I am a bit nervous going from the sidekick to this new phone .
