No they don't. In fact you can use one or the other, the way you do now, use the ma for its suite of apps and talk back for everything else. One note, if you use MA and talk back together as I mentioned a minute ago, use the MA keyboard as the keyboard of choice, it seems other keyboards, don't work as well in ma. Talk back does have a feature on its keyboard that allows you to use it as a virtual track pad, but this isn't read in ma and may cause problems. So that is a possible downside. It may not matter to you though since you may not use it, I don't know how ma plays with the stock keyboard or one of the third party apps, so that is something to keep in mind. Of course, this doesn't apply to the relay since it has a qwerty though some people will want the option to use the virtual one as well.
