Try this, it may or may not work for you and you may still have to launch mobile accessibility. Starting from the upper left of your screen, moving in a clockwise direction, draw a rectangle, try going from uper left to upper right, to lower right, to lower left and back up again to upper right. This is exagerated for effect. This may or may not launch talk back. If it does, then it is then possible to go to the settings icon on the home screen or to the applications tray and then to settings. once in settings, find accessibility and in there place a check on mobile accessibility and remove the one from talkback.. If this doesn't work for you, you will need sighted help as you may not even be able to start talk back. I am sorry but if you turned off mobile accessibility, you may not be able to start it yourself without first turning on talk back. Follow the tutorials and you will know how to use your phone and get to where you want to go.

I believe Mobile Accessibility was turned off accidentally. How do I turn it back on again?
