Are you sure you reset to factory settings? If so, you need to go
to the play store app, tap menu, and under accounts, see which account
is selected. If only one, you will need to switch accounts and see.
Chances are you are using the wrong account. Then it should say my apps
on the menu button. You then select my apps, and arrow to the right and
it will show you your list of apps. All of them, not just the one's you
kept and didn't discard. I hope this helps.
